The staff were lovely and kind, everything was great during our stay. The location was unbelievable for exploring this lovely area, so close to the center of Magome, starting point of Nakasendo route and inn's restaurant and the nature. Magome district was worth exploring.

Our whole experience was extra special. the place was clean, and we loved our twin room. We liked our rooms with well-functioning AC. the staff was genuinely helpful and the owner too.

This place has a central location and is peaceful in the evenings when everything else closes early.

The location of this place is fantastic, right in the center of the village, near the bus stop, the hiking trail, and the main area of the village.

A good choice of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone. the hotel's location was incredible, really close to the Nakasendo walking trail as well as the starting point of Nakasendo route.

Stayed in a Japanese-style twin room with great AC, stunning mountain view, comfy futon bed, incredibly friendly staff, and lovely setting overall.

The staff is very helpful and attentive. It is nestled in the middle of the town, near Tsuchimaya Museum. Every time in Nakatsugawa, I choose this place.

the breakfast had a variety of delicious selections. Stayed in a comfortable and absolutely gorgeous room with good facilities.

The venue is beautiful and has a great location, making it easy to walk to various places, and the Japanese-style triple room was impressive.
